Tools Created

  • Crowd Placement
    Originally prototyped a full-track procedural crowd placement tool in Houdini that would use pre-built dioramas of crowd to populate the track with life-like clusters of standing crowd along with procedurally filling grandstands.

    Crowd was able to be adjusted to increase density and variety to fit with design requirements.

    Time constraints led to tool being abandoned in favour of updating existing tools.

    I took the existing tools which on average had a run-time of 1-2 hours for a single crowd pass and optimised them to take ~10 minutes per pass.

  • Performance Report Dashboard
    Created a performance report dashboard for web-browsers utilising Javascript to present performance graphs to artists in an easy to access way.
